MacroVirus: Real Protection or Macro Threat?

1worried_user.jpgHave you recently met or heard about MacroVirus? Well, I don't know how about you, but this title sounds really strange and unreliable to me. It seems that this time cyber criminals have chosen not the best name for their evil program. MacroVirus is a new rogue anti-spyware application, increasingly infecting unaware computer users. Don't forget that!

When talking about the ways how this rogueware manages to enter your PC, I wouldn't tell you anything extremely new. MacroVirus (sometimes also known as Macro Virus) can sneak into the victimized system via Trojan applications and other malware. Of course, all this is done without the user's knowledge and consent. This fake program can also be advertised via online advertisements or unreliable websites, including m a c r o v i r u s . c o m.

If MacroVirus successfully sneaks into your computer system, it will immediately start performing various system scans. Neither of them is real and neither of them reveals the real condition of your computer. After a scan the program starts displaying fake warning messages, prompting you to purchase the full version of this program and remove all the malware.

However, don't do that! Therefore, it's of vital importance to stay away from this rogue anti-spyware application. MacroVirus won't protect your PC! You will never receive any of the promised services. So browse with caution, don't click on unreliable links and keep your system up-to-date.
