Keep away from Antivirus Center! Remove the rogueware as soon as possible! These are the kind of warning you will find in case you search for any information related to this application. And all of them are true!
As we have already written in our previous article on Antivirus Center, this fake software was designed to resemble of a legitimate antivirus app just to convince a computer user that one should not only install it but purchase the so-called full version of it as well. Just don't be attracted by the fact that Antivirus Center promises you to get rid of all the garbage, hidden on the machine. In the same manner as other rogue antivirus software, Antivirus Center is unable to detect, nor to remove any malware. Its only purpose is to steal your money and leave your machine in a total mess. If you still don't believe in that, take a look at the results we get after sending the installation file of Antivirus Center to VirusTotal, an online service providing free malware scanning for individual files. According to it, the installation file (this time it was named 1.exe) is of 144500 bytes size and comes with the MD5 signature 3ec4f211397332beaa214ed196b33e15. The table below indicates which antivirus vendors are able to recognize this file as infectious:

Thus, everyone should keep in mind that Antivirus Center does not bother your computer with annoying scans and popping up messages.
