Vulnerability Details
Microsoft Agent URL Parsing Vulnerability
Could Allow Remote Code Execution - CVE-2007-1205
Microsoft Agent is a component that uses interactive animated characters
to guide users and can make using and learning to use a computer easier.
A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Microsoft Agent in
the way that it handles certain specially crafted URLs. An attacker
who successfully exploited this vulnerability could take complete
control of an affected system. An attacker could then install programs;
view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights.
