how to remove tr/joleee 33792 on my pc, because this virus come back and come back from time to time. i want to remove it totally.

On the list of alias names of TR/Crypt.Xpack.Gen it shows on the right column the virus programs coresponding to the file name, my question is would those file names be on the virus database of those programs, and if not, how do you get this info. As my virus program does not have the file name in its database, which you seem to indicate it should have.
P.S. My virus program is up to date.
